Last of Three People Arrested

The last of three people allegedly involved in a burglary has been arrested.

18-year-old Jordan Lee Eichelberger of Sayre was arrested in Elk City last week on a Custer County warrant for a March, 2016 Clinton burglary.

Eichelberger is in the Custer County jail today on a $10-thousand dollar bond where an alleged accomplice is additional housed, 22-year-old Jordan Wade Perry, also of Sayre. The two are charged with 2nd degree burglary.  Perry is facing an extra charge for being a previously convicted felon and was arrested in Beckham County in February of this year on two counts of possession of a controlled, dangerous substance.

A third person, 21-year-old Donnell Michelle Rene Mullins, additionally from Sayre, was also arrested on a 2nd degree burglary charge for the same incident, but Mullins pleaded guilty last month and has already been sentenced.

According to a probable cause affidavit, the three allegedly burglarized a Clinton home in the 1300 block of Opal Avenue taking a number of items including a CZ-100, semi-automatic, 40-caliber hand gun, a play-station and an unknown amount of loose change.

Perry and Mullins allegedly sold the pistol to a Sayre man for $150.

Eichelberger hasn’t been assigned a court date, yet, but Perry is due in court on August 5 for a preliminary hearing conference.
